US Orders
How long does it take for orders to ship?
Wholesale orders will ship within 5 days unless otherwise specified. Most retail orders will ship out within 2-3 days of receipt (US & International). If there is some unforeseen delay, you will always be notified. If your package gets lost in transit I will do everything I possibly can to assist you. I cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
Which carrier do you use?
I currently ship all orders with either USPS or UPS & sincerely try to find the most economic shipping option. If you have a preference of a carrier, or have an account with one you'd prefer to use not listed above, please contact me at hello@thehivestud.io with your carrier account information.
International Orders
At this time, I use USPS &/or UPS to ship all international orders. Prior to purchasing, please email & I'll be happy to give you a specific shipping quote based on your order & location.
Please note that for international orders, any taxes & duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All orders shipped internationally are final sale.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return & refund policy?
If your order was a custom order, no returns can be issued. I do everything possible to communicate proofs & approvals with you, so please be sure your requests are made known to ensure the custom order you had envisioned. I hope you understand!
However, if your order is a ready-made product, & is unused, unopened, and undamaged, it can be returned within 14 days of receipt, or exchange for store credit within 14 days of purchase. All merchandise should be returned in it's original condition with the original receipt. Once I have received the returned item(s), I will issue a refund back to your credit card. I do not offer free return shipping at this time.

Where is "The Hive Studio" located?
In my home in Cincinnati, Ohio.
When will you have new work available and can you let me know?
The best way to find out when new work will be available is by following me on INSTAGRAM, as I try to post daily what I'm working on the studio. If you see a particular art piece or calligraphy print that you love on Instagram, but is not yet listed in my shop, please email hello@thehivestud.io for size and pricing information.
Do you offer calligraphy services for weddings?
I am opening back up for accepting calligraphy services for weddings! I only do a few wedding projects a year, so be sure to reach out with any questions you have before my schedule fills up.
All wedding orders take a minimum of 4 weeks to complete & a 30% deposit. Contact me & I'll provide you with a price list so you can see the array of offerings you can have for your special day!
Do you offer logo & branding design services?
Yes! Contact me regarding any & all questions you may have with requests of a new logo, refreshed logo, or entire face lift of your entire business' branding collateral. I'll then provide you with a price & faqs list, & we'll go from there.
Do you provide lettering for book cover designs?
Yes! Contact me regarding any & all questions about your book cover hopes & dreams. I will provide you with a price & faqs list, & we'll go from there!
Do you provide lettering &/or design services for retail packaging?
Yes! Contact me regarding any & all questions about the details of your product, how you envision it to be packaged, & any other details I may need to know in order to provide you with appropriate artwork. I will provide you with a price & faqs list, & we'll go from there!
Do you take commissions?
I do! Send me a message with your project's details & we can go from there. I'd love to make a work of art just for you; whether it's one-of-a-kind invitations, window painted displays, calligraphy letters from your grandmother you'd like recreated as an art print; the options are endless. I'd be honored to be involved in your happy occasion. Contact me with a description of your project.
Custom projects require a 30% deposit to begin work.
Do you offer private calligraphy lessons?
I do; however, I will be taking a break & opening private workshops back up soon. If you’re interested, send me a message with your dates in mind, how many friends or family you may have joining you, or if you're going solo! I'll provide you with an price amount once we figure out how many are joining the fun. I’m located in Cincinnati, but can travel as far as Columbus, Ohio.
Do you travel far to teach calligraphy workshops?
Not at this time, unfortunately!
